For Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC ("Oncor") to continue to provide safe and reliable electric service in the area, it proposes to rebuild a portion of its existing double-circuit 138 kV Liggett Switch to Handley Switch/Executive Parkway Substation transmission line and add a new 345 kV Liggett Switch – Skyview Switch line (the "Project") in Dallas and Tarrant Counties, Texas. Oncor's existing Liggett Switch is located south of and adjacent to West Rock Island Road, approximately one-quarter mile east of Roy Orr Boulevard in Grand Prairie, Texas. Oncor's proposed Skyview Switch, if approved, will be located approximately one-quarter mile southwest of the intersection of Trinity Boulevard and State Highway 360 in Fort Worth, Texas. All of the Project, except for the short segment terminating the new Liggett-Skyview 345 kV circuit into the proposed Skyview Switch, will be contained within existing right-of-way.

Voltage and Structure Type – The project includes replacing the existing Liggett Switch to Handley/Executive Parkway double-circuit capable lattice structures with triple-circuit capable monopole structures, and adding a new 345 kV circuit. The new 345 kV circuit will terminate into Oncor's proposed Skyview Switch, creating the Liggett Switch – Skyview Switch 345 kV transmission line.
