The Oncor New Homes Program is a market transformation program that provides incentives to homebuilders who construct ENERGY STAR® certified or Zero Energy Ready Homes. These incentives reward builders who prioritize the efficiency of new single-family homes and help achieve customer energy and cost savings.

NEW HOMES PROGRAM

Through the New Homes Program, you can save on the cost of a newly constructed ENERGY STAR® certified home or Zero Energy Ready Home. Oncor provides incentives to builders who prioritize the efficiency of new single-family homes and help customers save energy and lower energy costs.

See If Your Homebuilder Qualifies

Homebuilders may participate through the Gold Program, or the Platinum Program based on builder and home eligibility.
 

Gold Program homes must be ENERGY STAR® certified homes.

When Oncor Energy Efficiency programs are open, you may find a list of Service Providers that participate using the Find A Provider look-up tool. Service Providers are third parties not affiliated with Oncor. Oncor is not a party to the agreement between the consumer and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the performance of the work and contract fulfillment. Any listings of Energy Efficiency Service Providers available from this website are not associated with or endorsed by Oncor or the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Most energy efficiency programs are available from January – November on an annual basis.
