ENERGY CONCIERGE PROGRAM

The Energy Concierge Program provides step-by-step support to customize an energy management approach that meets the unique business needs of your organization. Our energy experts will complete a “treasure hunt” to identify energy-saving opportunities throughout your business. The goal is to develop an Energy Efficiency Action Plan to help reduce energy expenses through no-cost or cost-effective improvements. The program offers unique incentives to help compensate facility staff for their time in developing the Action Plan, along with incentives to offset the cost of energy-efficient operational changes and capital investments. And, for a limited number of interested customers, the program provides a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) plan. The SEM plan is a continual improvement approach to systematically manage energy and drive operational improvements.
