Thank you for your submission! Please check your email for submission confirmation. Upon receipt of your submission, Oncor will review your responses and attachment(s) prior to getting in touch with you, within 4 to 6 weeks. Selected submissions will move to the next step of the evaluation process which will include idea presentation by submitter. This will depend on the submission and how you can work with Oncor to best deliver the solution.
Before submitting your solution, please review our current residential and commercial programs. Your submission should help expand our current offerings and provide new ways for Oncor customers to save energy in an innovative and forward-thinking way.
As long as they are completely separate ideas, we’re currently welcoming all submissions. We ask that ideas related or connected be submitted as one entry.
Your submission will be reviewed by Oncor and you’ll hear back directly within 4 to 6 weeks.
If you need to add any additional documents or a document is too large to be attached, please email energyefficiency@oncor.com with the attachment(s). Be sure to include your submission reference number in the subject line and body of the email so we can match your documents to the correct submission.
Yes, please send an email to energyefficiency@oncor.com to request and schedule a meeting. Remember all proposals must be submitted through the submissions portal.
If you’re not sure if your efficiency solution is ready for submission or if you submitted your solution and it was not accepted and you’d like more information as to why, please contact energyefficiency@oncor.com to get more information.
When Oncor Energy Efficiency programs are open, you may find a list of Service Providers that participate using the Find A Provider look-up tool. Service Providers are third parties not affiliated with Oncor. Oncor is not a party to the agreement between the consumer and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the performance of the work and contract fulfillment. Any listings of Energy Efficiency Service Providers available from this website are not associated with or endorsed by Oncor or the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Most energy efficiency programs are available from January – November on an annual basis.
