To continue to provide safe and reliable electric service in this area, Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor) is proposing to construct a double-circuit 138 kilovolt (kV) transmission line using concrete monopoles. The proposed transmission line will extend from Oncor’s Double Creek Substation to Oncor’s Switch Prime Substation. The in-progress Switch Prime Substation will be located approximately 925 feet south-southwest of the intersection of Windy Park Drive and Parkfield Circle in the City of Round Rock. The Project may range from approximately 0.9 to 1.5 miles in length and is located entirely within Williamson County, Texas.
