With so many moms and dads in the Oncor family, it’s no surprise that their care and concern sparked a program that is filling a void in safety education. Designed with valuable community input and promoted in partnership with PBS Kids, Super Safe Kids features an experiential roadshow and interactive digital experience that comes alive with animated characters and fun, catchy songs. Best of all, it takes our life-saving message about electrical safety straight to students in elementary school classrooms across Texas.

If you are emailing us, please provide basic contact information in case we need additional information or clarification so that we can locate and repair the light quickly.

Yes, once you’ve reported an outage to Oncor, you can receive updates on the estimated time of restoration via text, email, or voice alert if you have signed up for MyOncor Alerts. You can also check your outage status online on our outage map.
