Retail Electric Providers (REPS), aggregators, brokers, consultants and other third parties requesting a customer's historical usage data must include with the request a completed Letter of Authorization for the Request of Historical Usage Information Form from the customer. The requesting party may request 12 months of summary billing data along with interval data for customers served with IDR meters. Oncor will not provide a requesting party any historical usage data without a completed form for each customer included in the request. Oncor will provide the requested data electronically within three Business Days of receipt of a valid form.
