Pricing & Incentives
Incentive Limitations
To ensure that incentives are available to multiple service providers, no service provider or their affiliates may reserve nor receive more than an aggregate total of 40% of the Load Management Program incentive budget in a given budget year. Service providers will be required to verify their affiliate status through an affidavit attached to the Standard Contract.
Program Budget
Oncor has assigned an incentive budget for the Load Management program and the total official budget for each year is listed below in Table 1: Annual Budget.
Pricing
Oncor's Load Management Program provides standard incentive prices for demand savings for each program year. The applicable incentive rates are set forth in Table 2: Incentive Rate, which also identifies the kW cap and the 20% total incentive cap applicable by program year.
