Oncor REP Workshop
Oncor conducted the "2011 Retail Electric Provider Workshop" on October 12th at Music Hall at the State Fair of Texas. The following topics were covered at the workshop: Outage Communication Improvements; Information Technology Update; Oncor's Advanced Meter System Deployment; ERCOT's Energy Emergency Alert Process; Energy Efficiency Programs; Ask Oncor Open House Events; and Customer Experience Initiatives. REP guests expressed appreciation for the strong relationships and good work of the REP Relations Managers and offered suggestions on how to improve their overall experience with Oncor.
