The Text Oncor Program is a 24 x 7 notification service that enables customers to use texting on a mobile phone for:
- Reporting power outages
- Receiving outage ticket confirmation, status updates and closure messages
- Checking status of service requests
- Receiving service request ticket confirmation and closure messages
Registering for this service is as simple as texting 'reg' to 66267 (ONCOR). Please have either your ESID or the telephone # listed on your account and your zip code to complete registration. To learn more about this service please review the FAQs.
